HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S. SOMAYAJULU Writ Petition No.33802 of 2018 ORDER: (V. Ramasubramanian, J) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health (Telangana) and the learned standing counsel for the University.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the application of the petitioner was received and she was permitted to participate in the counselling. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Hence the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner has already got admission to MBBS/BDS Course, the same may be confirmed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
