O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner is the applicant in O.A.No.8708 of 2011 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, which was allowed by order dated 15.07.2014 directing the authorities to release pensionary benefits due to her consequent on the death of her husband, a Junior Assistant in the Commercial Taxes Department of the State. Seeking implementation of the aforestated final order, this writ petition was filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) fairly states that no writ petition was filed by the authorities assailing the aforestated final order passed by the Tribunal.

That being so, in terms of the undertaking given by the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana to a Division Bench of this Court, comprising the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice and Hon'ble Sri Justice U.Durga Prasad Rao, which was duly recorded vide order dated 30.09.2016 in W.P.No.31905 of 2016, it is not open to the authorities to fail to implement the final order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the authorities concerned to abide by and implement the final order dated 15.07.2014 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.8708 of 2011 expeditiously and, in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
