HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18466 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Minorities Welfare for respondent No.1 and also Sri M.A. Mujeeb, learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.2 & 3 and perused the prayer and affidavit filed in support of the writ petition along with material. The grievance of the petitioner is that some unauthorized occupations in the wakf property are going on and the respondent Nos.2 & are not taking appropriate action despite representations made by the petitioner on 06.02.2017, 08.05.2017, 15.05.2017 and 27.05.2017, even acknowledged by the respondents.

Having regard to the above and in the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the representations of the petitioner and intimate the result of the order being passed on the representations of the petitioner regarding the recourse to be taken, at any cost, within one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any further grievance of the petitioner is left open.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
