Petitioner alleges that there is a septic tank constructed by his neighbour and water seeping from drainage into bore-well of the petitioner and polluting the drinking water. Alleging the same and requesting to take immediate steps, petitioner submitted a representation dated 30.08.2016. Aggrieved by non-consideration of the said representation, this writ petition is filed. 2.
Heard Sri J.Ravindra, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 3, and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, standing counsel for respondent no.2, and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of finally at the admission stage.

Learned standing counsel submits that on the grievance of petitioner, inspection was ordered by the municipality and Commissioner is awaiting the inspection report. As soon as inspection report is furnished, he would consider the representation and take a decision. He, therefore, requests three weeks time to take a decision.

Having regard to the said submission, writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the Commissioner, respondent-Municipality to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the Commissioner is of the opinion that the acting upon representation would likely
to affect the interest of the 4th respondent, he shall put the 4th respondent on notice on the complaint/representation filed by the petitioner, furnish all relevant documents, grant due opportunity of hearing and after considering the respective submissions, he shall take a final decision by a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner and the 4th respondent. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
