THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.23832 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action on the representation of the petitioner Dt.01.07.2017 against the 4th respondent for taking necessary action is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to take steps on the representation Dt.01.07.2017."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein to consider the representation, dated 01.07.2017, of the petitioner and take appropriate action against respondent No.4 in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 01.07.2017, of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law regarding the illegal construction alleged to have been made by respondent No.4 as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
