SMT JUSTICE T. RAJANI I.A.NO.02 OF 2018 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.9981 of 2018 AND CRIMINAL PETITION NO.11100 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER:

These two petitions are filed seeking for quashing of proceedings against the petitioners/accused in C.C.No.566 of 2013 on the file of learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 506 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for respondent submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Both the parties also present before this Court along with the terms of settlement. The complainant, on being questioned by the Court, admitted that they have been compromised.

Considering the above, I.A.No.02 of 2018 in Crl.P.No.9981 of 2018 is allowed and consequently, Crl.P.Nos.11100 of 2013 and 9981 of 2018 are allowed and the further proceedings against the accused in C.C.No.566 of 2013 on the file of learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Karimnagar are quashed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, shall also stand closed.
