THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.35034 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

In this Writ Petition the Registrar, Stamps and Assurances, Balaji Registration Office, Tirupati, Chittoor District, the 4th respondent is not receiving and registering the document presented by the petitioner with respect to Plot No.66 in Survey No.74/7 of Industrial Park, Auto Nagar, Tirupati.

It is not in controversy that an identical issue relating to Survey No.74/7 of Industrial Park, Auto Nagar, Tirupati, came up for consideration in W.P.No.19479 of 2013, wherein this Court by order, dated 08.07.2013, has already considered the issue with reference to earlier orders.

In view of that, this Writ Petition is also allowed with similar direction as extracted below:

"For reasons alike as were mentioned in the order, dated 25.07.2012, passed by this Court in W.P.No.22642 of 2012, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the 4th respondent to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject plot. In the event the said documents are found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the 4th respondent shall complete the registration formalities and release the document in accordance with the due procedure."

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
