This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr No.324 of 2013 on the file of Rajeevgandhi International Airport Police Station at Shamshabad in Rangareddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 430 of IPC.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed charge sheet before the concerned court on 14.03.2016, which is numbered as C.C.No.431 of 2016.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above matter.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
