THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1619 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present criminal revision case is filed by the petitioner challenging the order, dated 06.06.2016, passed in Crl.M.P.(SR) No.722 of 2016, by the Court of the Principal Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, at Hyderabad, whereby the Court below returned the petition of the petitioner filed for extension of the petitioner's stay for another two months in North Carolina, USA. Heard and perused the records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Court below erroneously returned the petition filed seeking for extension of petitioner's stay for another two months in North Carolina, USA, in view of the orders, dated 15.02.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.72 of 2016, whereby the Court below directed that the petitioner shall re-deposit her passport on or before 30.06.2016. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner's stay at North Carolina is very much necessary as her grandson has been suffering from Febrile Seizures ailment and needs continuous supervision. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal revision case is disposed of permitting the petitioner to stay in North Carolina, USA, upto 31.08.2016 by continuing the surety Sri G.P.Parsuram, Officer Subodinate working in Agriculture Department, Government of Telangana, Fateh Maidan Road, Hyderabad.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 24.06.2016 pln
