No representation for the petitioner-accused No.3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would submit that the Investigating Officer filed the final report requesting the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tiruvur, to close the case as the matter is of "civil in nature", and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. Sri Venkateswarlu Chakkilam, learned counsel for respondent No.2, would submit the 2nd respondent - de facto complainant intends to file a protest petition.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
