This appeal is filed under Section 287 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act challenging the orders dated 23.06.2016 in M.A.No.317 of 2013 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad.

Heard Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, and Sri T.Rajnikanth Reddy, the learned counsel for the respondent. The appeal filed by the respondent herein was allowed and remanded the matter to the lower authority for disposal in accordance with law, after giving a reasonable opportunity to both parties.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for both parties submitted that the Deputy Commissioner of L.B.Nagar Circle-3B, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation passed an order after affording a reasonable opportunity to both parties. Learned counsel for the respondent filed a copy of the said order dated 10.03.2017.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, no further orders are necessary in this appeal. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
