For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered. The conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 07.01.2025 in Crl.P.No.15953 of 2024 are relaxed and the personal bond and sureties executed by the petitioner in Crl.P.No.643 of 2025 & Batch is also applicable in all cases. Further, petitioner is directed to furnish the sureties as ordered in Crl.P.No.643 of 2025 & Batch before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Shadnagar and petitioner shall appear before the SHO, Shadnagar Police Station on every Wednesday, at 11.00 a.m., instead of every Monday at 11.00 a.m., and the other condition shall remain same.
