THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1635 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner herein sought for quashing the crime No.103 of 2013 on the file of Vanasthalilpuram Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police after completing the investigation filed the charge sheet on 10.09.2014 and the same was taken as C.C.No.1114 of 2014 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar and the case is posted to 30.06.2015 for trial.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications if any shall also stand closed.
