O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed complaining violation of the orders passed by this Court in WPMP.No.5468 of 2014 in W.P.No.4429 of 2014 dated 18.02.2014.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent placed on record the letter dated 07.07.2015 addressed to the counsel by the second respondent wherein it is informed that the university has no-objection for giving an amount of Rs.3,000/- per month to the petitioners in W.P.No.4424 of 2014 on par with other IT members.

3. On noticing the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners has requested this Court to close the contempt case by recording the said instructions.
