.....RESPONDENT WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through its Advocate Sri A.RADHA KRISHNA presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly, one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent in interfering with the manufacturing and sale of the Petitioner's bio-products like (1), MENTOR, (2) RANKLE,

(3) ULTRA, (4) PLANET, (5) FEDEX, (6) YODHA, (7) RANGER, (8) BANG, (9) JAGUAR, (10) AVEDA, (11) ARROW, (12) SUMO, (13) BOSTON, (14) THRISOOL, (15) ACTIVA, (16) ACER, (17) BIG SHOT, (18) PROTENT, (19) TURPIN, (20) FLORUS, (21) LAUREL,

(22) ANCILE, (23) CYCLOPS, (24) Svalinn and (25) COLADA which contains Amino Acid and Sea Weed Extract by issuing Memo. No. PP. II(1)2085 / 2005, dt.21-01-2006 and consequential letter NO.PPI1(1)2085/2005, dated 21-01-2006 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the Respondent not to interfere with in any manner with the bio-products of the Petitioner including from the licensed premises of its dealers/ stockiest under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and the Fertilizers Control (Order) Act 1985.;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri A.RADHA KRISHNA, Advocate for the Petitioner and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable in four weeks to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
