Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondents.

The amount payable to the petitioner is drawn by way of cheque bearing No. 683747, State Bank of India dated 13.2.2017 for Rs. 4,44,839/-. The original cheque was handed over to the learned counsel for petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner is satisfied with the amount paid.
