THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33880 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action on the representation filed by the petitioner on 14.07.2018 for ensuring providing protection to the tower being erected at H.No.26-350 (LIG-350), Bharathi Nagar colony, Ramachandrapuram, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of W.P.No.14941 of 2016 on 28.04.2016 and the same is followed by this Court in W.P.No.6213 of 2018 dated 05.03.2018.

In view of the above and since the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration, it is not necessary for this Court to adjudicate the matter on merits.

This Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner company's representation dated 14.07.2018 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
