When the matter was referred to the High Court Lok Adalat for settlement, the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, has passed an award on 10.06.2015. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the award dated 10.06.2015 passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
