THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 5300 of 2017 O R D E R:

This Revision is directed against the order dated 30.08.2017 in I.A. No. 241 of 2017 in O.S. No. 73 of 2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge's Court at Dharmavaram.

I.A. No. 241 of 2017 has been taken out by the petitioner - plaintiff for reopening the suit for adducing additional evidence by summoning the Mandal Surveyor of Dharmavaram as a witness. The said Application came to be dismissed by the Court below vide order under Revision, consequent upon dismissal of I.A. No. 242 of 2017, on merits, by order dated 30.08.2017, wherein the petitioner - plaintiff prayed for summoning the Mandal Surveyor to produce original FMB and to give evidence. Against the said order dated 30.08.2017 in I.A.No.242 of 2017, Civil Revision Petition No. 5036 of 2017 has been preferred.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

Today, this Court, by a reasoned order, dismissed Civil Revision Petition No. 5036 of 2017. In those circumstances, for the reasons alike, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
