Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that singular prayer is to extend the period of filing the appeal granted in the order under review. The reason assigned is that blast has taken place in the factor of the petitioner. He may be given four weeks further time to file the statutory appeal.

The other side raised formal objection.

The prayer is reasonable and accordingly allowed.

If the petitioner prefers an appeal within thirty days from today, the appellate authority shall decide the appeal on merits and it shall not be dismissed on the ground of delay.

Accordingly, this Review Application stands disposed of.
