THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10106 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.194 of 2018 of Tenali II Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 277 and 420 IPC and 58, 59 and 63 of Food Safety and Slandered Act, 2006.

Learned counsel for both parties submits that this matter is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 27.08.2018, in Crl.P.No.3731of 2018 and batch. 3.

Following the same and in view of the reasons recorded therein, the Criminal Petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
