Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition on the ground that he would proceed in C.R.P.No.4712 of 2015 and urge the grounds therein. Recording the said submission and granting the liberty as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
