This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 27.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.479 of 2016 in I.A.No.474 of 2014 in O.S.No.1072 of 2014 on the file of IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.1072 of 2014 on 03.10.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
