THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22546 of 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that pursuant to registration of Crime No.45 of 2014, investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed. Subsequently, the matter was taken on file by the Special Court, Narsapur, Medak District, and the same is coming up for trial. Therefore, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
