Heard.

The petitioners question the endorsement given by the 4th respondent, dated 16-11-2015, whereby they were declined to grant pattadar passbooks on the ground that the lands in question are recorded as Government lands and they are included in the prohibitory list sent to the Sub-Registrar.

Though the petitioners question the said order, the issue cannot be adjudicated in the writ petition, as it involved pure questions of fact and the petitioners have appropriate remedies under the provisions of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. Hence, with the liberty to the petitioners to avail remedies available under the aforesaid Act, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
