Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the 1st respondent - State, represented by learned public prosecutor. From the proof of service of 2nd respondent filed and from the hearing discloses about the police final report and taken cognizance thereby, by left open other remedies against the charge sheet with part II CD, this criminal petition is closed, without prejudice to such available defences.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
