THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.10020 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner seeking release of the crime vehicle bearing No.KA 01 AD 8236 involved in crime No.161 of 2018 on the file of Makthal Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188 and 373 of IPC and Section 20 (2) of CTPPARTSCPSD.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narayanpet, which was numbered as STC No.249 of 2018 and the same was ended in conviction.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
