HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.5842 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents, in not admitting 14 unaided, both teaching and non-teaching staff of petitionerSchool, into grant in aid based on the High Level Committee recommendations, vide letter dated 28.10.1994, as being illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter came up for hearing, Sri G.Rajeswara Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the Government.

Granting liberty as sought for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
