THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.32560 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not extending the time for payment of arrears as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the first respondent. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the first respondent. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
