HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34112 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in responding to representations dated 18.06.2018 and 05.09.2018, made by the petitioner seeking demarcation and fixing the boundaries in respect of land admeasuring 0.45 guntas in Survey No.130 in Acs.3.00 of land, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for revenue would submit that if F-line application is made enclosing all the necessary documents, definitely the authorities shall deal with the same, in accordance with law.

4) Recording the above submission, the petitioner, if so advised, shall make fresh F-line application enclosing all the documents, in which event, the authorities concerned shall deal with the same, in accordance with law and also as per the circulars issued by the Government from time to time, as

early as possible, preferably within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of the application. 5) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 6) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
