ORDER:
The petitioners, who are the owners of the properties, filed this Writ Petition feeling aggrieved by notice in Roc.No.2035/2015/G1, dated 03.12.2015, of respondent No.3.
At the hearing, Mr. Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu,
learned Standing Counsel for the Municipalities (Andhra Pradesh) appearing for respondent No.3, submitted that in reply to the impugned notice, the petitioners have submitted their objections, dated 26.12.2015, and that if they are found to be the owners of the properties, respondent No.3 will not proceed with the removal of the properties and utilise the same for road widening without following due process of law.
The above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel are placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
