Challenge in this Criminal Revision Case is the order dated 04.11.2022 rendered by the Hon'ble Principal Family Court at Secunderabad in M.P.No.67 of 2022 in M.C.No.70 of 2Qt7. 2.
Heard both sides.
3. The petitioner-husband is questioning the order of the learned Family Court Judge dated 04.11.2022, directing the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.4,93,000/- which are the arrears that accrued, within a period of two months from the date of the learned Judge, Principal Family Court, Secunderabad, order which is 04.11.2022.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner appeared for compliance on 12.12.2022 on which date the petitioner deposited an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-. 5.
Keeping in view that the maintenance is paid regularly this Court deems it appropriate to direct arrears of Rs.3,00,000/- out
KS,J Crl.R.C.No.876 of 2022 of Rs.4,93,000/- to be paid to the respondents within a period of twelve(12) weeks and the remaining amount of Rs. 1,93,000/- shall be subject to the outcome of the revision in Crl.R.C.No.5B4 of 2022.
6. In the event of the petitioner failing to pay Rs.3,00,000/- within twelve(12) months from today, this order stands cancelled. 7.
The amount paid as arrears pursuant to the order dated 04.11.2022 shall be deducted from the Rs.3,00,000/-. B. Accordingly, Criminal Revision Case is disposed off. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
