This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / Accused No.1 to 3 in M.C.No.1 of 2017 on the file of Assistant Commissioner of Police & Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate, East Division, Vijayawada Metropolitan Area.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is accorded. In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry is herby directed to return the certified copies of documents to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
