2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

ln the written instructions dated 26.12.2022 issued by the Sublnspector of Police, Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad, it is stated that the pursuant to complaint of the petitioner, GD entry was made and enquiry was conducted. The petition/complaint of the petitioner was closed as'civil in nature'and the same was intimated to the petitioner through notice dated 23122022. A copy of the written instructions along with said notice is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
