Sri Syed Shakeer Pasha, learned counsel, representing Sri Ali Farooq, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.1924 of 2010 on the file of the IV Additional Rent Controller-cum-XVI Junior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
