HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33990 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Sri U. Venkateswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Revenue and Municipal Administration and Urban Development, appearing for the respondent Nos.3 to 5 respectively and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court, by both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel that the lis in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 26.10.2017, passed this Court in W.P.No.35674 of 2017. A copy of the said order is filed along with the present Writ Petition.

3. Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of, at the stage of admission itself, directing the respondents to receive and process the application of the petitioner for building permission without insisting on submission of 'No Objection Certificate' from revenue authorities. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Writ Petition, stand closed.
