Mohammed Saduddin, v. The Assistant Engineer, Apcpdcl,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.13692 of 2011 ORDER:
No representation for petitioner. Heard Mr. K. Vinod Reddy for respondents.
2. Petitioner prays for Mandamus to direct the respondents to provide three phase electricity meter to the property bearing Municipal No.12-2389/A/100 on Plot No.11, Gudimalkapur, Hyderabad.
3. On 30.04.2011 in WPMP.No.16607 of 2011, this Court directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 18.04.2011. The writ petition was listed on 02.06.2016. There was no representation for petitioner. It appears with the passage of time, either that the representation would have been disposed of or that the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer.
4. Having regard to the fact that a direction was already issued to dispose of the representation, this Court is of the view that the said direction can be made as a final order, if the representation remains unattended as on date. The respondents are directed to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
