Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 and

2. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, issuance of notice to the 3rd respondent may not be necessary. 3.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no.2 in not taking into consideration un numbered R.O.R. Revision Petition......../2016 filed by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of principles of natural justice and fair play." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that the petitioner preferred revision challenging the order dated 07.10.2016 passed by the RDO, Jangaon, till date no orders are passed and though the application for stay and revision are pending, the 3rd respondent is trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that a suitable direction may be given to the respondent authorities to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner at the earliest. 5.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner challenging the order in appeal case No.I/1098/2014 dated 07.10.2016, as early as possible. However, the stay application, which is said to have been filed along with the revision, shall be disposed of, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, status quo as on today in all respects shall be maintained by both parties.
