THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33903 OF 2018 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted that, substantially with the same set of facts, earlier, petitioner herein approached this Court by way of filing W.P.No.19745 of 2018, seeking writ of Habeas Corpus and this Court, by way of an order, dated 19.06.2018, disposed of the said Writ Petition, relegating the petitioner herein to avail the common law remedies. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
