Naresh Chander Kakar, v. The District Legal Services Authority,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Writ Petition No.13313 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court questioning the award passed by the Lok Adalat, Rangareddy District dated 11.08.2014.
The petitioner claims to have come to know about the award only when he was sought to be dispossessed. It is his case that the award was passed in respect of the land, which belongs to him, without his being made a party to the proceedings before the Lok Adalat. If, as contended before this Court, the petitioner is not a party to the proceedings before the Lok Adalat, the award would not bind him, and it would not preclude him from establishing his rights before the competent Forum in accordance with law. We see no reason, therefore, to entertain the writ petition.
The writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________________ RAMESH RANGANATHAN, J __________________________________ M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY, J 01st May 2015.
