Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner surrendering before the CID Regional Officer, Karimnagar, vide its order, is further extended directing the petitioner to surrender before the concerned on or before 12.01.2026.

In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.
