ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue order or direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the public notice for auction of leasehold rights of land in Sy.Nos.566 & 567 to an extent of Acs.9.00 cents situated at Errabalem village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District of the respondent temple as arbitrary, illegal, void and against the provisions of the Endowments Act and infringing the fundamental rights provided under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same, directing the respondents to give an opportunity to the petitioners to purchase the lands under instalments whose leasehold rights are held by the petitioners for over a period of 40 years...." During the pendency of writ petition on 08.06.

2010 this Court granted stay of all further proceedings subject to condition that the petitioners should not be dispossessed from leasehold lands except in accordance with Section 83 of Act 30 of 1987. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the authorities not to dispossess the petitioners from the leasehold lands except in accordance with the provisions of Section 83 of Act 30 of 1987. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as indicated above. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
