HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No. 16977 of 2016 O R D E R:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner/A.1 seeks direction thereby to enlarge him on bail, in connection with Crime No.460 of 2016 of Jagadgirigutta Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(1), 417, 420 I.P.C., Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, and Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

Heard both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

For the aforesaid relief, the petitioner earlier filed Crl.P.No.16707 of 2016 and the same was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 13.12.2016. However, there is no change of circumstances from the said order in the present case. Therefore, I find no merit in the present petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
