HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.5264 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inaction in considering the representation filed by the petitioner for grant of assignment patta for an extent of Ac.3-00 in Sy.No.331 of Ramana Gari Palli, H/ o Madannagari Palle, Kaluvoya Mandal, Nellore District. On 04.03.2015, the following interim direction was issued. "Pending further orders in the writ petition, the District Collector shall consider the petitioner's representation and cause enquiry specifically with regard to her claim that she raised Eucalyptus plantation in Survey No.331, Ramana Gari Palli, Hamlet of Madannagari Palle, Kaluvoya Mandal, Nellore District. It is made clear that the respondents shall not in any way damage the Eucalyptus plantation existing as on today." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order, no further order is necessary. The writ petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
