This Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of Pasupuleti Ravi Teja and Pasupuleti Sandeep who are husband and son of the petitioner.

Sri C.S. Surya Prakash Rao, learned Special Government Pleader submits that Pasupuleti Ravi Teja has been arrested in connection with Crime No.301 of 2016 registered at Penumaluru Police State and presently, he is in judicial custody. Insofar as Pasupuleti Sandeep is concerned, he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 297 of 2016 registered at Penmaluru Police Station and released on bail.

In view thereof, Sri P. Narahari Babu, learned counsel holding for Sri Syed Arif Basha, advocate on record for the petitioner does not press the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
