HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No.205 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this PIL and seeks liberty to the petitioner to file police complaint for the alleged misappropriation/fraud committed by respondent Nos.2 to 5. The PIL is disposed of as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to file police complaint, if he so desires and advised, as aforementioned, and if any such complaint is filed, we hope and trust that the Police shall look into the complaint strictly in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
