This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not furnishing the certified copies of Form No.8 issued by the Deputy Tahsildar for Inam, Guntur, dated 10-05-1960 to one Kidambi Rangacharyulu, Kidambi Krishnamacharyulu and Kidambi Thirumangalacharyulu, the certified copies of orders passed under Section 3(3), 3(4), Section 7 of Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956, Gazette Notification under Section 3(1), 10(1) Adangal, R.O.R. Inam Fair Register and proceedings for issuance of Form No.8 with respect to land to an extent of Ac.15.17 cents in Sy.No.167/1A, 167/1C, 168-1 and Sy.No.168/3 of Dulipalla Village, Sattenapalli Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, the respondents to furnish the above said documents.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted applications, dated 26-04-2016 to Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to furnish certified copies of Section 3, Section 3(3), Section 3(4) and Section (7), Gazette Notification under Section 3(1), 10(1) Adangal, R.O.R., Inam Fair Register, proceedings for issuance of Form No.VIII in respect of Inam
land in Sy.No.167(old) and 168(old) admeasuring Ac.34.82 cents, situated in Dhulipalla Village, Sattenapalli Mandal, Guntur District. But, so far Respondent Nos.2 to 4 have not chosen to dispose of petitioner's applications one way or another. Accordingly, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving a direction to respondent-authorities to dispose of applications, dated 26-04-2016 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and take necessary action, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J.
