ORDER

Challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in registering the complaint dated 05.02.2017 given by the petitioner against respondent Nos.5 to 7, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.50 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, Ongole I Town Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 324, 506 & 509 read with 34 IPC, on 13.2.2017 and investigation is in progress. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
