THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10034 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the F.I.R.No.233 of 2017 of Miryalaguda II Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 477 (A) and 120-B of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") on various grounds.

During hearing, Sri K.Buchi Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.24, requested this Court to issue a direction, without touching any merits, to the Station House Officer to file charge sheet after completion of investigation, within a fixed period.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.24, without touching any merits, the petition is disposed of directing the Station House Officer concerned to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within two (2) months from today as the crime was registered on 13.11.2017. No costs. The petitioner is at liberty to raise the grounds urged in this petition at appropriate stage. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
