THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO COMPANY APPLICATION No.438 OF 2017 IN COMPANY PETITION No.71 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Company Application is filed under Sections 456, 457 (1)(c)(e) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 with the following prayers: "i) to permit the Official Liquidator to ascertain the intending buyers by publication of a small classified advertisement in Eenadu of Ranga Reddy District Edition and also permit the Official Liquidator to write a letter to the earlier participants, to sell for the current year i.e.2017 mango crop situated at the Company's land to an extent Ac.59.09 Gts. in Sy.No.69 to 96 part/full at Tolkatta Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District or as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court. ii) permit the Official Liquidator to receive the entire crop amount who offering the highest amount and to allow the highest offerer to take the mango crop for the current season (2017) at an appropriate period Or as directed by this Hon'ble Court.

iii) Permit the Official Liquidator to incur incidental expenses to bring the current season Mango Crop for sale. iv) order the cost of this application to come out of the assets of the company and pass such further order or orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

After perusing the records, this Court is of the view that the above prayers can be accepted.
